The Council met on Wednesday June 28th 1899.
Present the full Board.

Communications

From Geo Bartley, Secretary of the Celebration Committee asking for the turning over of the cheque for $1000 voted by Council for celebration purposes.
Moved by Alderman McQueen.
Seconded by “ Foreman
That his request be granted.
Carried

From A. N. Talbot & Philip Fewster re Septic Tank System.
Filed for reference.

Consideration of By-Laws
Moved by Alderman Bruce.
Seconded by “ Foreman.
That the Council resume consideration of Sewerage By-Law in Committee of the Whole with the Mayor in the Chair.
Carried.

After consideration of proposed district to be Sewered it was moved by Alderman Foreman.
Seconded by Alderman Gilmour.
That the Committee rise and report and ask leave to sit again.
Carried.

The Council then adjourned.
