Vancouver January 5th 1891
The Council for 1890 held its last meeting on Monday January 5th 1890 [sic] at 10 A.M.
Present: His Worship Mayor Oppenheimer and Aldermen Browning, Carroll, Garden, Horne, Fox, Sentell, Costello, McLeod, Doering and Mason.
Minutes of last meeting were read and adopted.


From the City Auditor furnishing the yearly audit for 1890. Filed.
The Annual Reports of the Finance, Works, Health, FW&L & Police were received and filed.
After the Reports were read His Worship the Mayor reviewed the duties performed by the retiring Council and thanked them for their services.

It was then moved by Alderman Horne
Seconded by Alderman Costello
That the thanks of this Council be tendered to His Worship Mayor Oppenheimer for the able and courteous manner in which he has presided over the deliberations of Council during the past year. Carried.

Seconded by Alderman Costello
That the following account be paid:
Wm Templeton, Supplies $8.55


The Council then adjourned Sine Die.
