Vancouver Jan 14th 1889

A Special Meeting of the Council was held on Monday January 14th 1889 at 3 P. M. to consider the re-adjustment of the Committees of the Council appointed at its first meeting.

Present His Worship the Mayor and all of the Aldermen.

Moved by Aldermen Brewer seconded by Alderman Costello. That Alderman Clark be placed on the Board of Works and the Board of Health and Alderman Brewer on the Board of Finance and Fire, Water and Light.

The Ayes and Nays having been called five voted Aye and five Nay.

The Motion was declared lost.

The Council then adjourned.
