The Council met on Monday November 12th 1894.
Present – His Worship, the Mayor and Aldermen Shaw, Queen, McDowell, McCraney, Wm Brown, C.L. Brown and Bethune
The Minutes of last meeting were read and adopted.

From Wm Jordan asking for the improvement of Manitoba Street.

From M.C. McLean, Secretary of the Ward 5 Property Protective Association asking for certain information in connection with the Milk Vendors By-Law, etc.

From Garden, Hermon and Burwell stating that the St Ry Company were about to proceed to lay a track on Robson Street
Referred to the Board of Works. In this connection the City Solicitor gave as his opinion that under the existing By-Laws and agreement there was nothing authorizing the Company to construct a track along Robson Street.

Present – the full Board
The Reeve and Alderman McCartney of the Municipality of North Vancouver waited on the Board with reference to the road from the Caňon to the Dam. The matter was referred to the City Solicitor with reference to the right of way for the water works pipe line.
The Reeve of North Vancouver also demanded a road tax of $2.00 per man per years for all men employed by the City and how have worked in the Municipality of North Vancouver within
