Vancouver November 21st 1889
A Special Meeting of the Council was held on Thursday November 21st 1889 to reconsider the awarding of the Sewer contract.
Present His Worship, the Mayor and Aldermen Brighouse, Clark, Horne, Mason, Oppenheimer and Whetham.
After talking the matter over it was decided to adjourn until Friday at 3 o’clock so that the Sanitary Engineer could be present.
