A special meeting of the Council was held on Wednesday November 24th 1897.
Present His Worship the Mayor and Alderman Painter, Townley, McQueen, Neelands, McPhaiden, Brown, W. S. MacDonald, D. G. McDonald and Bethune.
A communication was received from the C. P. R. Co asking for exemption on the preposed terminal building, wharves, etc.
The communication was laid over for modification consideration.
The Council then adjourned.
