Vancouver November 18th 1895.
The Council met on Monday November 18th 1895 at 10 am
Present – His Worship the Mayor, and full Board of Aldermen; also the City Solicitor and Messrs Crandall, Will & Co representing the Western Electric Heat & Power Company.
The object of the meeting was to discuss the contract for the lighting of the Streets of the City.
After a basis of Agreement was arrived at it was
Moved by Alderman Shaw
Seconded by “ Brown.
That the Council stand adjourned until Tuesday at 10.a.m.
Carried.
