The Council met again at 5 p.m.
Present His Worship the Mayor and Aldermen Shaw, Coupland, Gallagher, McPhaiden, Brown, Sanders, Bethune and McDonald.
Messrs Costello, Miller, and Hamersley.
After discussion with sureties the meeting adjourned till Monday night.
